Inside Sales Representative French Market
**The Role**
**Since its inception in 1992, SUSE has been at the forefront of technical innovation where change has been the only constant. An IPO transition in 2021 has brought a new pace of growth and evolution.**
**As an Inside Sales Representative you will work closely with the Territory sales team to assist in furthering their relationships and customer penetration for the benefit of SUSE.**
**Focus Areas**
- ** Work closely with a small team of Territory Managers to build on and expand existing relationships with customers as well as identify and prospect net new opportunities in the French market.**
- ** Support Sales with small opportunities management (customer contact, quoting, transaction handling, and forecast maintenance.)**
- ** Understand customer wider needs in order to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities and propose additional SUSE solutions to resolve customer pain points..**
- ** Operate collaboratively with SUSE teams who are all touching the customer and the ecosystem.**
**Preferred Experience & Skills**
- ** University degree.**
- ** Professional selling or sales development experience, preferably in IT / Data Center sales.**
- ** Demonstrates experience & success in selling new business through partners and their respective initiatives/projects at senior executive level.**
- ** Brings a solid understanding of the Open Source, Software Defined Infrastructure or Cloud market and related customer needs.**
- ** Role specifics may include related industry knowledge including but not limited to Linux, SDS, SDN, other open source software in infrastructure layer, HPC and SAP HANA, Containers, Kubernetes, Security solutions.**
- ** Experienced in selling in teams across organizational boundaries.**
- ** Excellent relationship building skills - truly engages with contacts (including the sourcer) and knows how to tell a compelling story**
- ** Understand and use the power of social selling (social media)**
- ** In-depth and comprehensive knowledge of usual sales methodologies and channel / partner models.**
- ** In-depth knowledge of and/or relationship with the assigned partners (relevant for the specific role)**
- ** French speaker at native or bilingual level (C2)**
- ** Fluent written and verbal communication in English**
- ** Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours required - you just get it done.**
