**Mais quel sera votre rôle ?**

Encadré par le / la Delivery Manager, au quotidien, vous allez:
Intervenir opérationnellement en apportant aux Chefs de projet SI un conseil en méthodologie de pilotage de projets SI:

- Assister le Chef de projet (CdP) pour la structuration et l’avancement projet
- Être garant pour l'utilisation des outils de pilotage de projets (Qualité, Coûts, Délais, Risques et Planification)
- Gérer la transmission des informations auprès des parties prenantes
- Valider les livrables en cohérence avec la DSI
- Piloter, reporter et suivre les données - travaillez en méthode AGILE

**Le process de recrutement ?**
- Vous serez contacté par **Marylise MOÏSE, Talent Acquisition Officer **pour un premier échange téléphonique de 15 à 20 minutes
- Si ce poste est en adéquation avec vos compétences et surtout, avec vos attentes nous convenons d'un entretien de 1h (en présentiel ou en visio) avec le Directeur de l’agence ou le Business Manager. Cet échange permet de revenir en détail sur vos compétences, vos attentes, de vous présenter le poste plus en détail, et d'évoquer d'autres opportunités
- Nous prévoyons ensuite un rendez-vous technique de 1h (en présentiel ou en visio) avec un collaborateur Scalian, ou directement avec le client, afin de valider l'adéquation de vos compétences avec le poste
- Enfin, nous vous présentons notre proposition d'embauche
- NOTE : Notre processus de recrutement dure entre 15 et 30 jours_

**Ce que nous recherchons chez vous ?**
- Vous êtes Ingénieur ou issu(e) d’une formation bac+5
- Vous comptabilisez **une expérience en tant que PMO IT d’au moins 2 ans**:

- Vous avez une **bonne connaissance d’outils de management de projet et de planification** (MS Project, Planisware, Primavera) et connaissez les méthodologies Scrum
- Une Certification type PMP est un plus
- Nous attendons de vous que vous soyez consciencieux et que vous ayez un bon relationnel pour intervenir dans des environnements projets complexes
