**THE ROLE**:
As part of the Human Resources Department at CMA CGM's head office, you will join the Talent Acquisition team, providing active support for all its projects.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will contribute recruiting for all the Group's business lines and support the various members of the talent acquisition and school relation Team.
You will work alongside the talent acquisitions specialists; you will help to draw up the search strategy and implement the relevant sourcing actions.
You will be involved in drafting job descriptions, in both French and English, and will be responsible for posting them on the various job-boards and on our careers site.
You will also have the chance to be involved in managing cross-functional Talent Acquisition and School Relations projects such as employer branding events.
**You will contribute developing various presentations (I.e.**: training purpose, management meeting).
**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources or General Management, you ideally have initial experience in a Human Resources department on Talent Acquisition activities or in a recruitment agency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a fast-paced work environment
