**_CEVA Logistics' Global Talent Acquisition team is currently seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Marseille, France_**
YOUR ROLE
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Develop business partnerships with internal customers to effectively plan for and project future staffing needs.
- Work with hiring managers to evaluate current talent and develop recruiting plans.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to probe for job-related qualifications.
- Analyzing and reviewing processes, results, feedback and related human resources information on an ongoing basis to determine trends, draw conclusions, interpret findings, and present recommendations to management.
- Interacts with external recruiting agencies in order to fulfill open positions whenever needed
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- College degree in human resources, business administration or related functional area or equivalent education and experience is often accepted.
- Typically require less than two years of professional experience in human resources or willing to move to Human Resources function.
- Strong knowledge of staffing, recruiting and talent organizational programs, policies and practices.
- Serving as a team member and the development and management of projects
- Operating in a both a team and individual contributor environment
- English proficiency at professional level; French proficiency is a plus
