Cristóbal Balenciaga fonde sa Maison en 1917 dans son pays natal, l’Espagne. En 1937, il établit sa marque à Paris et y conçoit ses collections jusqu’en 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga, en tant que Couturier, proposait une création exigeante et avait la réputation de ne faire aucun compromis ce qui lui valut d’être désigné par Christian Dior comme « le maître à tous » et comme « le couturier des couturiers » par Gabrielle Chanel. Les formes ultra-modernes sont devenues la signature de la Maison.

Si l’identité de la Maison est avant tout ancrée dans son prêt-à-porter conceptuel, ses collections de maroquinerie, chaussures et autres accessoires connaissent également un succès mondial. Les sacs de la Maison sont d’ailleurs devenus des icônes de la maroquinerie d’aujourd’hui. Lancées pour l’Été 2017, les collections prêt-à-porter Homme Balenciaga ont rapidement été couronnées de succès à l’international.

Depuis octobre 2015, Demna est directeur artistique et conçoit l’ensemble des collections de la Maison.

La Maison Balenciaga, qui appartient au Groupe Kering depuis 2001, est l’un des noms les plus influents du monde de la mode.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un VIP & Special Product Coordinator qui reportera à la Responsable développement collections VIC, VIP & Presse.

**Job Description**:

- Votre opportunité_

Au sein du département Développement VIP, VIC & PRESSE situé dans notre atelier VIP, vous serez en charge d’une partie développement projet spécial VIP (events, gifting, shooting, campaign & fabrication spéciale) et sur des missions administratives.
- Votre contribution_
- Coordonner les informations/demandes entre développement VIP, Atelier Vip, Designer et les équipes transverses,
- Suivi et vérification entre l’overview/order et les éléments techniques/créatifs,
- Création et mise à jour des données dans PLM ; codification et nomenclatures dans l’event projet spécial,
- Assurer & le suivi des lancement trims/matières pour l’Atelier VIP,
- Définir et mise en place d’un planning de livraison de l’atelier en fonction des priorités, afin de respecter les deadlines pour chaque projet/commande,
- Être en support au sourcing matières et développement des broderies / ennoblissement matières,
- Réaliser le reporting de l’activité de l’Atelier VIP et, être garant du processus de paiement et facturation,
- Gestion et réception des lancements,
- Organisation et gestion des déplacement de l’équipe.
- Vous êtes_
- Un professionnel avec +5 ans d'expérience dans un domaine similaire axé sur le développement et le travail à façon.
- Une personne autonome dotée d’une excellente communication avec une capacité à proposer des solutions.
- Un professionnel polyvalent dans la gestion des tâches. La maîtrise de PLM serait un atout.
- Une personne pouvant interagir en anglais.
