About us
Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house.
While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful.
Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director.
The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion.
We are currently seeking a Influence Coordinator who will report to the Influence Manager.
**Job Description**:
- Your opportunity_
- How you will contribute_- Work on gifting strategies, plans and timelines- Research new Influencers profiles and consolidate proposals- Coordinate logistics for gifting activities and deliveries to talents- Support the team in building seasonal orders and coordinate logistics with merchandising and supply chain- Day to day relations with supply chains and LGI teams to ensure deliveries and returns of product- GLOBAL EVENTS / SHOWS- Working on shows and events, supporting the team on dressing, invitations, gifting, logistics- LOCAL EVENT- Working on local events, supporting the teams on dressing, gifting and profiles selection.- STRATEGY- Evaluate performances of the gifing campaign and VIP project and build report- Consolidate benchmarks to analyse competitors’ activities and market trends- Daily follow up of budget related to influence and gifting activities- Keep the data base, adding new contacts and updating existent ones
- Who you are_- A professional fluent in both French & English- A professional with a good knowledge of data tracking- A person with proven experience in Fashion, Communication, and social media- An organized person with time-management skills, able to work under tight deadlines & ability to collaborate across departments.- A person who interests in social media and knowledge of the different platforms- A person who experienced with the Microsoft Office suite
