Aujourd'hui, l'équipe s'agrandit et nous sommes à la recherche de notre nouveau consultant Product Manager
- **Tes missions principales en tant que consultant Product Manager chez Somni**:_

Tu seras amené(e) à travailler sur divers projets pour nos clients, en collaboration avec leurs équipes produit et design, pour des missions d'une durée de 6 mois - 1 an:

**Assurer la discovery produit**:

- Réalisation d’ateliers et interviews clients en lien avec le Product Design, benchmark de la concurrence, définition des problématiques utilisateurs.
- Garantir la bonne utilisation de l’Agile, notamment via l’évangélisation client : périmètres de développement, échéances, priorisation, rituels d’animation de l’équipe.
- Conception : transformer les problématiques utilisateurs en hypothèses pouvant être testées via des objectifs associés à des fonctionnalités.
- Définition des parcours utilisateurs avec le Product Design et appuyer la production de maquettes répondant aux attentes utilisateurs.
- Décliner les fonctionnalités et leur structuration autour de User Stories.
- Définir le périmètre des développements sous la forme d’un MVP et construire la roadmap produit avec les parties-prenantes.

**Gestion du backlog**:

- Priorisation et validation des développements en interactions quotidiennes avec l’équipe technique.
- Analyser la data et les feedbacks clients pour favoriser la prise de décision rapide et pertinente.
- Animer les rituels agiles auprès de l’équipe de développement et des parties-prenantes (Sprint Review & Planning, Rétrospective PI Planning ).

**Profil recherché**: Nous recherchons une personne issue d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur, souhaitant s’investir dans des transformations digitales à enjeux et renforcer ses compétences (techniques, consulting, business,) à nos côtés.

**Ce job est fait pour toi si tu te reconnais dans ce profil**:

- Minimum 4 ans d’expérience sur des rôles similaires.
- Être en mesure d’avoir une approche OKR ou équivalent.
- Maîtriser des techniques et outils d’animation d’atelier (design thinking).
- Être capable de créer et faire vivre parfaitement l’ensemble des éléments associés au produit au cours du projet (Product roadmap, Features, EPICS, User stories, backlog).
- Maîtriser des méthodes de gestion de projet agile (en particulier Scrum).
- Construire des supports de présentation pertinents et pragmatiques permettant d’aboutir à des prises de décision rapides.
- Excellentes capacités orales et rédactionnelles (français et anglais).
- Faire preuve de rigueur, d’esprit de synthèse.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Leadership (aisance à l’oral, capacité d’animation, énergie).
- Fibre business & sens du service client.
