- YOUR ROLEPour renforcer l'équipe de notre siège social mondial à Marseille, nous recherchons un professionnel ayant plus de 7 ans d'expérience au sein d’un pôle comptabilité fournisseurs pour renforcer l’équipe Corporate Accounting GHO.Cette personne sera en charge la gestion d’une équipe de comptables basée au sein de notre Share services center (INFOSYS) pour assurer le traitement des factures de leur comptabilisation au paiement.- Il/elle sera responsable de la justification des comptes de tiers associés, de la revue et de l’analyse des comptes fournisseurs. Il/elle sera en charge du respect des procédures associées ainsi que du fonctionnement et de l’optimisation des outils mis à disposition.Il/elle devra être capable d'assister sur les projets de migration et d'automatisation de SI/transformation.Il/elle pourra être impliqué(e) sur tous les sujets comptables des entités du GHO, en particulier sur le périmètre FR.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**Comptabilité**
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement du cycle fournisseurs et respecter les délais de paiement des factures
- Réconcilier les comptes de bilan
- Préparer des documents à destination des auditeurs et aider à l'audit légal
- Aider à améliorer les processus et les dossiers de travail
**Clôture de fin de mois**
- Préparer et comptabiliser les ajustements de fin de mois
**Soutenir**
- Apporter un soutien à l'équipe de comptabilité
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes suivantes:
- Comptabilité GHO
- Reporting et consolidation
- Contrôleurs des secteurs d'activité
- Equipe de transformation et projets financiers
- Trésorerie
- Contrôle financier
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Un diplôme de Master en comptabilité ou en finance
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience, notamment au sein d'une entreprise internationale dans une comptabilité de groupe
- À l'aise avec les normes IFRS, JDE, HFM, Onestream
- Vous avez une attitude pratique, dynamique et autonome
- Organisé et bien structuré
- Capable de travailler sous pression temporelle et fonctionnelle
- Enthousiaste
- Esprit d'équipe
- Anglais courant (écrit et parlé)
