- Job description
- **JOB DESCRIPTION & KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
CCH is looking to appoint an innovation project manager whose role will be to design and deliver innovations for some key brands of the global and local portfolio (focus on Calming & Sleeping, Vitality & Wellbeing brands)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the pipeline of innovation, product evolution and design to value projects
- Monitors category trends in concepts / formulas / claims / ingredients / packaging
- Identify new products, platforms ideas, in synch with the brands strategies established by the global marketing director, through a thorough understanding of the categories and trends
- Lead consumer testing and business case recommendations behind those ideas
- Establish product brief, in collaboration with cross functional teams (R&D, BD, regulatory affairs, medical affairs and lead markets)
- Present innovation projects in innovation committees at each validation stage of the projects
- Project management from idea to launch
- Owns and defines project’s retroplanning
- Coordinates all cross functional teams deliverables for on time delivery of the project (R&D, innovation, regulatory, supply, quality), incorporating key markets needs
- Delivers the master design and master texts of new products being launched
**EXPERIENCE PROFILE**
- Sector and experience: 3-5 years in marketing with preferably a previous experience in innovation project management, preferably in consumer health care, FMCG
- Scientific knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must - ability to present with confidence
