Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to contribute to the development of our projects at Project Redirect Inc Of The Distric.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and manage changes to project scope.
- Foster a culture of transparency and accountability among team members.
- Track project performance using appropriate metrics and report on project status to senior management.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Similar experience in a startup, industry, or academia.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
