By being responsible of the correct promotion of Systems's use via users interactions, and participating to the management of tools evolutions, your missions will be:
**Users Interactions**
- Perform continuous contacts and exchanges with Business Partners of the Regulatory Tools
- Promote consistent use of Tools through clear communication
- Direct users towards existing supportive materials
**Manage Systems Support Forums or User groups meetings**
- Suggest the agenda
- Suggest the supportive slides
- Lead the meeting
- Ensure the delivery of Reports from Systems (Extracted Data)
- Understand Business needs
- Build and Deliver standardized Reports
**Participation to the management of tools evolution**
- Assess Vendor releases and provide analysis results and impact assessment to the Systems team
- Support the delivery of systems / upgrades and new implementation projects
- Ensure consolidation of users/process needs/requirements in close collaboration with the Systems team, the IT team and the vendor: Centralise requirements, ensure regulatory impact assessment and validation by “change control board” and validate the implementation of the evolution
- Provide investigation and analysis of user requirements, including but not limited to requirements definition, solution design, configuration and administration plan
- Execute informal and formal tests, or ensure they are performed
- Develop and/or Execute Business qualification testing scripts
- Support system validation activities ensuring high quality user acceptance/ performance qualification
- Testing scripts and providing review capability for operation qualification scripts
**Experience / Qualifications**
**Ideal**
- Experience on Regulatory Tools Administration at least for 2 years
- High level knowledge in IT tools used for electronic dossier management and publishing: electronic document management systems, publishing suites, regulatory tracking systems
- Key business analyst skills
- Fluent with the business regulatory processes
- Good oral and written communication skills
**Minimum**
- Degree in Life Science or IT
- Experience with Regulatory Systems for more than 1 year and experience in Systems administration
- Experience of matrix working
- Tact and helpful attitude
- Shows a constant focus on improving performance in tasks. Challenges and questions ways of working to seek improved process.
- Good organizational skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good written and oral communication skills capable to deliver key communication with clarity and impact
- Professional English, written and oral, if not mother tongue
**Required Competencies**
- Good knowledge on Regulatory Systems: EDMS, Publishing System, Tracking System
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Pack Office
