Nous recherchons actuellement pour notre client, maison de luxe spécialisée dans la maroquinerie, un Store Manager H/F.
Il s'agit d'un CDI situé sur Paris.
En tant que Store Manager H/F, vous intégrez une maison en constante croissance et au rayonnement international. En tant que véritable ambassadeur, vous formez et accompagnez vos collaborateurs vers une expérience client d'excellence.
**Vos missions sont les suivantes**:
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du magasin, en assurant une atmosphère luxueuse.
- Être responsable des locaux, des biens et des personnes : fonctionnement logistique, maintenance de la boutique, et sécurité,
- Développer et suivre les indicateurs de performances, ainsi qu'identifier les domaines d'amélioration pour stimuler les performances de la boutique,
- Développer les compétences et encadrer une équipe de 4 collaborateurs : connaissances sur la culture de la maison, connaissances produits, techniques de vente, etc.
- Fixer des objectifs de performance et effectuer des évaluations de performances,
- Gérer l'administration du personnel, en collaboration avec le département des RH (horaires de travail, absences, congés, plannings etc...),
- Gérer les stocks et traiter les livraisons.
Profil recherché
Vous disposez d'une expérience significative en management dans l'univers du luxe et de la maroquinerie.
Vous êtes passionné(e) par le leadership, vous aimez travailler en équipe.
Vous êtes curieux(se) et vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement dynamique.
Vous êtes orienté(e) expérience client.
Vous êtes un(e) excellent(e) communiquant(e).
Vous disposez d'un niveau d'anglais courant (oral et écrit).
