**Job Description**:
- Are you ready for an extraordinary opportunity to lead and shape the success of a prestigious luxury jewellery store in the heart of Paris?
We are seeking a talented and visionary Store Manager in Printemps. You will operate the store through exceptional customer experience, sales management, and effective staff management whilst being an ambassador for our iconic brand and role model for the team.

**5. Showcase Your Visual Expertise**: You will work closely with our Visual Merchandising team to create captivating showcases that reflect the excellence and beauty of our diamond jewellery.
**6. Be the Brand Ambassador**: You will network with the community, fostering relationships with relevant groups and establishing a strong brand presence among jewellery enthusiasts and department store floor managers.

**Qualifications**:
- A proven background within luxury retail, with strong store management experience.
- A track record of delivering exceptional sales results.
- A strong team motivator and developer of people.
- Excellent networking and clientelling skills.
- Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Confidence in influencing and strong selling ability.
- Inherent interest and knowledge of the jewellery industry.
- Experience working in a department store environment is an advantage.
- Fluent in both French and English. Additional languages such as Chinese, Russian, or Arabic are advantageous.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and an ability to organize and plan effectively.
- Presentable, creative, detail-oriented, and diplomatic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to use a POS system.
