- Novo Nordisk is the leader in the conception and production of treatments for patients living with diabetes and obesity. We are looking to develop ourselves in other therapeutic areas with Cardiovascular & Emerging Therapy Areas (CETA) which could become a major stake for Novo Nordisk.- Your mission will be to define the business launch strategy for MASH, AD and CVD in the French market: it involves to develop our expertise and foothold in the 3 therapeutic areas (diagnostic, complications, treatment), to prepare for our molecule launches and to have an established presence in 1 to 3 years.- In details, you will:
- Run the launch process to ensure successful launches
- Coordinate the cross-functional teams (medical, market access, public affairs, regulatory)
- Ensure local alignment with the other therapeutic areas (Obesity and Diabetes)
- Prepare launches from a commercial point of view (launch readiness, targeting and segmentation, etc)
- Start to engage with main KOLs and patient associations and start main actions for disease awareness.
**Qualifications**
- You have a very solid experience of Product Management or Sales Management with a Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have already had responsibilities linked to market studies, business product launch strategy definition. Ideally, you already worked with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
- Knowledge in hepatology, cardiovascular disease or neurology is a plus.
- As you will frequently have interactions at the Global level, you feel very comfortable to exchange in English (oral and written)
- You are rigorous, autonomous, result-driven and you take initiatives.
**About the Department**
- You will report to our French Lead CETA and will work with the Medical Affairs Department, Market Access and Public Affairs Department and colleagues who work in the Diabetes and Obesity Business Units.- You will join this new team at a building stage and you may manage a business team on the mid/long term.**Working at Novo Nordisk**
