We are currently recruiting a
**STRATEGY & PRODUCT SPECIALIST MANAGER West Europe** for the Desoutter West Europe sales department.

As a member of the Desoutter Sales team, within the Desoutter France Customer Center, you will be responsible for managing the team of product specialists in France and Spain, Italy and Sweden.

Responsible for proposing a plan of approach to the customer strategy, monitoring the development and promotion of the products and solutions under your responsibility through the sales companies.

Responsible for creating roadmaps for Western European customer needs.

Full range of products - Clamping, drilling and automation solutions.

**YOUR MISSIONS IF YOU ACCEPT**:

- Market development_
- Develop business in Western Europe, with responsibility for NIS and PMU, focusing on the 4.0 ecosystem.
- Specific focus on marketing and product portfolio for key accounts in the MVI and GI segments, including ASC.
- Product launches and roadmap creation
- Competitor survey, monitoring features and competitive advantages
- Product development_
- Actively relay the voice of the customer to the division's R&D and marketing departments during the product creation process.
- Contribute to the creation of a roadmap focused on Western European business issues and TTM.
- Coordinate all activities, both internal and with customers, regarding product launches.
- Monitor new product development through field testing.
- Define pricing strategies, IRPs, forecasts, margin monitoring.
- Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of digital marketing deliverables on Western European CCs.
- Management and others_
- Lead, develop and conduct training across his team for advanced assembly tools, drilling and automation.
- Develop specific product sales training through all necessary media (webinars, videos, F2F,...) including CPI and CPS.
- You are in charge of setting up the organization and management of all company activities.
- Collaborate and create the vision of the West European team with all managers.
