**About the job**:
Finance Business Controller (Seafreight Logistic) is a strong business partner in charge of logistic costs analysis and monitoring in a diverse geo scope - Europe, Latin Americas, Asia, Middle East and North America. The role is crucial in ensuring efficiency of our business and providing support to EVAI finance business controllers, supply chain team in logistic costs planning, monitoring and productivity delivering. Several trips to Evian factory to be planned ahead in order to connect to the supply chain teams
Business development contribution:
- To provide strong support and partnering to the Head of supply chain and supply chain team with the right business decisions on logistic costs management
- Lead logistic costs annual budget preparation and monthly financial forecasts, analyze and report variances, manage risks and opportunities by supporting and challenging Supply chain and C&P teams. Prepare reports and presentations to finance management and internal stakeholders (operations controller)
- Closing activities for logistic costs, reporting and analysis of variances vs last year vs budget and forecast. To ensure accurate logistic costs allocations across countries and products.
- Drive productivity agenda in logistic costs together with Supply Chain, Cycle & Procurement and logistic teams, evaluate and track financial impact of productivity projects
- Take active part in transversal projects, share knowledge and expertise inside and outside of business unit
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards within logistic costs area
About you

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Finance controlling position

- Strong Organization skills: be able to prepare, present and follow-up business plan
- Open-minded attitude, good listener, self-motivated with drive, passion
- Ability to easy adapt and leverage a truly international and multi-cultural environment to effectively engage people
- Ability to anticipate and plan ahead
- Excellent skills in Excel, macro etc..

- Extensive Finance principles, models & processes knowledge
- Strong understanding of operational logistic processes & main challenges
- Autonomous

- Strong business acumen & understanding
- Budget planning and monitoring
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills / stakeholder's management
- Reliable person able to assume responsibility
- Strong IFRS knowledge, understanding of key finance reporting (PL, BS, CF)
MS Office fluency (especially Excel). Essbase, SAP. Power BI will be a plus
