Ton objectif principal

Participer au développement de Climb en rejoignant notre équipe Operations. Ton objectif principal sera de proposer les solutions et les outils nécessaire à nos équipes pour qu’elles soient encore plus performantes.

Ton équipe

Au sein d’un pôle composé de 3 personnes, tu seras directement sous la responsabilité de Jean-Alexandre, notre VP opérations. Tu seras également en contact quotidien avec les équipes sales.

Travailler en Data & Operations chez Climb, c’est avoir une série d’objectifs business et être en complète autonomie pour implémenter de A à Z les fonctionnalités qui permettent de les réaliser, de les mesurer et d’apporter les améliorations nécessaires au fil du temps pour maximiser leur efficacité avec les autres équipes spécialisées (développeurs front-end, back-end, Salesforce ).

Donnons un exemple concret de tâche que tu pourras rencontrer. Nous souhaitons optimiser la conversion client à une certaine étape du processus de vente. Tu seras responsable d’utiliser et présenter les bonnes données correspondant à cette étape, implémenter des catalyseurs de conversion (e.g. boutons/texte sur le site, meilleur routage des leads en fonction de plus de données collectées), mesurer le résultat et itérer jusqu’à obtenir le résultat désiré, tout cela en autonomie quasi-complète.

Vos missions

**Tes missions sont organisées autour de trois axes principaux**:
1️⃣Stratégie et suivi de la performance
- Modélisation de data (depuis Salesforce, Plecto, et autres outils de visualisation de données) pour assurer le suivi de la performance à partir de toutes les données disponibles
- Analyse de données approfondie pour identifier des axes d’amélioration et maximiser la productivité de l’équipe
- Mise en place de nouveaux KPIs et de la remontée data requise en coordination étroite avec l’équipe produit/tech

2️⃣ Outils et process
- CRM : analyser, structurer et utiliser intelligemment la masse de données issue de Salesforce
- Optimiser l’utilisation des outils existants (en terme de ressources et d’ergonomie)
- Veiller à la bonne intégration des outils utilisés par les équipes de vente et en interne entre eux
- Mettre en place de nouvelles fonctionnalités en autonomie, en fonction des objectifs stratégiques de Climb, en no-code ou en code si tu es à l’aise avec un langage
- Création de process de vente pour améliorer la performance de nos équipes sales

3️⃣ Amélioration continue
- Participation à la construction des programmes d’onboarding de nos équipes Sales
- Formation des équipes à la bonne utilisation des outils et au respect des process pour booster la performance commerciale
- Mise à jour et amélioration continue de la méthode commerciale

Vos compétences
- Etudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur ou de commerce; tu recherches un stage de 6 mois dans le domaine des opérations.
- Tu fais preuve de curiosité et apprécies le travail d’équipe
- Touche à tout : tu aimes trouver des solutions à des problématiques business et tu es capable de trouver les meilleurs outils et de les intégrer entre eux pour le faire
- Tu maîtrises idéalement les outils no code (ex. Zapier), tu as déjà fait de la visualisation de données (ex. Tableau, sinon Excel) et en bonus tu as de l’expérience avec Salesforce et des langages de programmation divers (ex. Python)
- Tu disposes de très bonnes capacités d’analyse et sais faire parler la data

- Un entretien dans nos locaux avec Jean-Alexandre, notre VP Operations, et une personne de l’équipe opérations pour échanger en profondeur, étudier ton business case et te présenter les détails du stage ;
- Un entretien final avec Aldric, notre co-fondateur et CEO, pour échanger sur ton projet.
