**MISSION**:
Sous la direction du responsable du réseau et de l'adoption du commerce électronique, votre travail quotidien consistera à diriger les équipes des bureaux régionaux du commerce électronique, en stimulant les performances sur les principaux objectifs, en favorisant le déploiement et l'adoption des produits de commerce électronique.
**RESPONSABILITES**:
Contrôler et piloter les performances des bureaux régionaux eCommerce (4 régions, 25 personnes) sur les objectifs eCommerce.
Assurer le suivi, le contrôle et le reporting des activités des équipes des bureaux régionaux de commerce électronique.
Coordonner les actions de suivi avec les responsables du déploiement des principaux produits eCommerce
Animation des comités existants avec les équipes locales
Assurer l'impact de l'eRO à travers le réseau et maintenir une relation étroite avec la direction du réseau.
**PROFIL ET COMPETENCES**:
Anglais et français courants
Expérience en management
Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
Compétences en reporting (QlickSence, Saleforce CRM, Tableau CRM)
Esprit de développement commercial
Rigoureux, méthodique, organisé
Autonomie et proactivité vous permettront de mener à bien les missions de ce poste.
Grande capacité d'adaptation à un public très varié incluant VP / GM
Passionné(e) par les produits numériques.
**Connaissance des outils internes de CMA CGM**: Lara, CRM, Salesforce, Qliksens,.....
Grand intérêt pour la mise en œuvre de solutions numériques permettant aux entreprises de gagner en efficacité et d'offrir une expérience client idéale.
