Join the Industry 4.0 Centre of Excellence to shape and deliver the Industry 4.0 Transformation Roadmap for Pernod Ricard Group.

Reporting to the Industry 4.0 Change Manager and the Industry 4.0 Senior Transformation Manager, this role will drive Industry 4.0 Roadmap execution by supporting design, development and implementation of priority solutions and managing digital change for a specific use case. This role will be part of Centre of Excellence (CoE) and collaborate closely with the Affiliates and IT teams, as well as Finance, HR, Communications, Procurement teams, and external providers.

**Responsibilities**:
Contribute to Industry 4.0 agenda as part of the CoE team:

- Codifies tools and methods to support scalability of the Industry 4.0 solutions
- Support execution of central governance for the programme
- Input to communication and capability building plans
- Act as a Product lead for a use case/solution

Drive design and development of cross-Affiliate use cases:

- Define use-case features by engaging the users, management, experts and IT/technical team
- Drive cross-Affiliate (Plant Directors, IT/OT Leaders) alignment on priority features to implement in MVP
- Coordinate the process of solution selection and vendor engagement
- Drive detailed design and development sprint planning
- Set up Agile team (including site resources, IT team, vendor), establish and execute Agile sprint cadence for solution development
- Drive MVP user testing and deployment
- Monitor and pressure test use-case adoption and impact KPIs
- Run problem solving related to solutions deployment
- Identify and timely address/escalate roadblocks on the way to successful MVP implementation
- Advise site team on scaling use case from pilot area to other sites to ensure full impact of solution is achieved
- Drive use-case industrialisation across Pernod Ricard Group

Drive change management, capability building and impact capture on sites:

- Support Affiliate’s HR Lead and Plant Director in local governance of the program (e.g., communication, issue escalation, progress reviews, critical milestone/decision making with stakeholders )
- Train colleagues on Industry 4.0 improvement methods and tools
- Act as a coach to front-line and operators on site

Profile required

Technical Skills
- BS degree in Business, Management, Engineering or Operations
- Excellent in oral and written English
- Knowledge of Project Management and Change Management principles, methodologies and tools
- Understanding of financial, operating and business factors relating to Manufacturing
- Between 5 & 10 years of experience working in Operational/Industrial environment
- _ Desirable: Experience driving technical projects and working with vendors, preferably on systems/digital tools implementation_
- _ Desirable: Knowledge of Lean and Operational Excellence_
- _ Desirable: Experience in _facilitation/training_ delivery_
- _ Desirable: Knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt your Agile experience to new and evolving environments_
- _ Desirable: Knowledge and experience of data and analytics projects_

Managerial Skills
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional team, with agreed scope and timeline
- Experience acting as a coach or in a front-line management role
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Strong work ethic; ability to work at an abstract level and gain consensus
- Experience influencing and managing complex senior stakeholder groups (site Directors, Senior Management)
