Minimum Bac + 5 diplômé(e) d’une Grande Ecole de Commerce (ou formation universitaire équivalente),
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 8 ans d'expérience en vente de solutions complexes et/ou en conseil aux entreprises,
- Vous parlez couramment l’anglais.

Le responsable de comptes Strategiques sait developper des relations à tous les niveaux de l'organisations chez nos clients, CxO decisionnaires, acheteurs, approvisionneurs.

Key job responsibilities
**Rôles et responsabilités**:

- Élaborer un plan de gestion des comptes clients,
- repondre a des appels d'offre
- Développer les relations commerciales avec les principaux prospects et contacts clients,
- Développer le pipeline clients,
- Atteindre les objectifs pour la gestion des comptes clients,
- Collaborer avec les principaux intervenants des clients, y compris les directeurs de la production, les directeurs financiers et les directeurs des Achats,
- Développer des relations à long terme avec de multiples intervenants dans les comptes clients,
- Stimuler et accélérer l'adoption de la solution au sein des comptes attribués,
- Retransmettre les besoins et les exigences des clients aux équipes internes d'Amazon, y compris les équipes Produits et Catégories,
- Stimuler l'innovation visant à améliorer la satisfaction client,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le marketing, le développement commercial, le service client et d'autres équipes internes clés d'Amazon
- Vous avez d’excellentes capacités de négociation et d’influence en utilisant des techniques de "consultative selling",
- Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, d’une bonne communication orale et écrite, vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément en respectant les délais,
- Vous avez une expérience conseil et/ou vente en cycles longs,
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse acquises lors de vos précédentes expériences,
- Une bonne connaissance des ERP, systèmes de Procure-to-Pay/eProcurement et des process d'appel d'offres est un plus,
- Vous aimez relevez vos manches, résoudre des problèmes et mettre en place des plans d’actions pour dépasser vos objectifs.
