Community Manager

Nous recherchons un(e) Community Manager pour animer une plateforme collaborative pour une association dans le domaine de l'innovation. Votre mission principale sera de favoriser l'interaction et la collaboration entre 30 à 40 entreprises membres, en partageant du contenu premium, des bonnes pratiques et en aidant les membres à surmonter leurs difficultés.
**Animation de la Communauté**:
Centraliser et animer la communauté des entreprises membres.
**Encourager les interactions**: likes, commentaires, et publications sur la plateforme Beeshake.
Organiser et animer des matinales plusieurs fois par an, avec prises de parole en direct des lauréats des trophées, et relayer ces interventions sur la plateforme.
**Stratégie Éditoriale**:
Développer et mettre en ?uvre une stratégie éditoriale et de contenu.
Publier régulièrement du contenu engageant et pertinent pour les membres.
Collaborer avec 5 bêta-testeurs pour améliorer les fonctionnalités et l?expérience utilisateur de la plateforme.
**Ateliers et Événements**:
Organiser et animer des ateliers en distanciel pour l'association et la plateforme Beeshake.
Participer à des ateliers en présentiel un peu plus d'un jour par semaine.
Expérience de 3 ans minimum en tant que Community Manager, de préférence dans la tech avec une forte appétence pour l'innovation.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en animation de communautés.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les délais.
Une approche proactive et orientée vers les résultats, avec une capacité à fédérer et engager une communauté.
**Durée**: Mission longue > 6 mois
Basé à Paris en full remote avec quelques déplacement
**Disponibilité**: ASAP
**Temps de Travail**:
Un peu plus d'un jour par semaine en build avec atelier en présentiel.
Un jour par semaine de run en remote.
