You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
Reporting to the Procurement Manager at Sephora Collection, the Procurement Planner is responsible for the following tasks:
- ** Operational management of an MRP (Material Requirement Planning) system**:
- Supplier capacity assessment.
- Development of packaging and finished product packaging plans.
- Collaboration on forecasts provided to suppliers.
- Management of suppliers with different Incoterms.
- Sending and monitoring the order portfolio with subcontractors.
- Production tracking.
- Inventory level control.
- Implementation of reporting tools or optimization of existing ones.
- ** Weekly management of the product catalog**:
- Monitoring supplier delays.
- Analysis of impacts and implementation of action plans.
- Verification and secure communication of information by the subcontractor (timing and quantities) for transmission to the Supply Planning team.
- Resolution of supplier issues during warehouse receptions.
- Supplier performance evaluation.
- Enhancement of subcontractors' knowledge and mastery of their production tools.
- Implementation of reporting tools or optimization of existing ones.
- ** Management of the new product launch phase**:
- Collaboration with procurement and development teams for supplier selection, quantitative scales, lead time to ensure product sustainability during restocking.
- Implementation of production schedules and planning based on supplier capacities (comprehensive view: catalog, launch, samples, one-shot products).
- Deployment and validation of database parameters: bill of materials, procurement parameters.
- ** Product end-of-life management**:
- Placement of final supplier orders to secure last sales while limiting obsolescence.
- ** Overseeing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Service level.
- Stock level and coverage.
- Obsolescence and stock depreciation.
- On-time/In-full supplier performance.
- Purchasing turnover monitoring.
- Fill rate.
- ** Cross-functional projects.**

- **Professional Experience**:
- Bac+5 equivalent, from a business school, engineering school, or university.
- Successful experience (minimum 3 years) in the field of Procurement planning
- ** General Qualities**:
- Strong sensitivity to data management/quality.
- Focused on reporting, operational management, and customer service.
- Active listening, proactive, and attention to detail.
- Autonomy, curiosity, and agility.
- Ability to quickly understand all aspects of the company's business and its general functioning.
- Ability to work in a challenging and transforming environment.
- ** Technical Skills**:
- Understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) mechanisms.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and planning solutions such as Anaplan.
- Very good level of English (written and oral).
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced levels of Excel).
- Proficiency in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
