Ce que nous recherchons aujourd'hui

Nous recherchons un alternant pour une durée d'un an ou 2 ans pour intégrer notre équipe de pilotage des portefeuilles Projets "Offres et services" et "Recours aux contrats et services".

Alternance à pourvoir à compter de Septembre 2024.
Poste à pourvoir à NIORT.

Vos missions

Vous serez intégré pour votre demande d'alternance au sein de la Direction Stratégie et Performance de la Macif. Cette direction a, entre autres, pour mission d'accompagner les directions de la Macif dans la déclinaison des objectifs de l'entreprise sous forme de projets pilotés au sein de différents portefeuilles.
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe en charge du pilotage des portefeuilles "Innover, Concevoir, Promouvoir nos Offres et Services" et "Recourir à nos Contrats et Services". Cette équipe est composée d'une dizaine de personnes (chefs de projets, de PMO domaine, experts techniques).

**Accompagné(e) par votre tuteur, vos missions consisteront à**:

- Participer au processus de construction du plan projets 2025 des portefeuilles (proposition de la démarche, Construction et communication, accompagnement des directions, collecte des besoins,...)
- Participer à la coordination transverse des projets des 2 portefeuilles et accompagner le PMO Domaine dans ses missions
- Contribuer au suivi de l'avancement des projets du plan stratégique 24/26 en collaboration avec le responsable des portefeuilles
- Construire le reporting (pilotage transverse des projets) et participer au pilotage de l'activité
- Préparer et Coanimer les échanges réguliers avec les partenaires externes et les services RH Formation

**Description du profil**:

- Vous préparez un Master 1 ou 2 Grande Ecole avec une spécialité en Management de projet, Gestion de Projet
- Vous êtes autonome, curieux et savez vous adapter selon les situations et les interlocuteurs
- Vous avez de la méthode, de la rigueur et vous savez être à l'écoute
- Vous aimez le travail collaboratif et vous ne craignez pas de vous exprimer en public
- Vous savez utilisez les outils bureautiques du type Google Suite, Microsoft 365 ou autre OpenOffice
- Vous possédez des qualités rédactionnelles et vous avez un bon esprit de synthèse
