Tasks

**As a Product Manager Intern at TapNation, you will**:

- Collaborate and be the main point of contact with cross-functional teams, including artists, developers, and marketers, to craft and execute a comprehensive roadmap for our internally produced games (including Solitaire & Card games)
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making, prioritizing features based on player feedback, market analysis, and business metrics.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure game performance and user engagement, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features and content, enhancing the overall player experience.
- Manage in-game economy, including pricing, virtual goods, and monetization strategies tailored for Solitaire & Card games.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics, ensuring our Solitaire & Card games remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Advocate for players, ensuring that user feedback is an integral part of the game development process.

**Requirements**:
If you’re a creative, highly ambitious, results oriented individual, eager to reach success in the gaming industry, we want you on our team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in product management, preferably within the mobile gaming or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Ideal if experienced in A/B testing, analytics, and mobile metrics.
- Understanding of mobile game mechanics, monetization strategies, and user experience design.
- Exceptional project management abilities and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for delivering persuasive presentations.
