**Job Description**:
Microchip's ADG team works on products dedicated to space, defense and avionics. Within this group, the Supply Chain team is responsible for the production and timely delivery of products to customers.
What will you do in this position
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be part of Aero Production team based in Nantes. As an operator, you will be in charge of several Test Equipments, as well as integrated circuits inspection operations. The position is on a morning/afternoon shift schedule (7am-2:30pm/14:30pm-10pm)

More details on the expectations and responsibilities of this position:
The main missions are:
- Supports the operation and optimization of production on equipment.
- Control and rework of parts (Visual Inspection)
- Carry out equipment pre-diagnosis and report abnormal operations.
- Execute product test requests (Production, prototypes, engineering, reliability).
- Ensures the proper operation / setup of equipment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Training and experience
- You have a CAP/BEP/BAC diploma in the technical field
- Experience in manufacturing and testing integrated circuits is an advantage, but a beginner in this field can be trained internally
**Skills**:
- Work with rigor, method. Respect of safety rules, ESD and clean concept
- Conscientious, precise, meticulous
