**Qu'as-tu à offrir ?**

Une compréhension approfondie des processus RH et une affinité avec la technologie. Ou une compréhension approfondie de la technologie et une affinité avec les RH. Dans les deux cas, ceux qui sont déterminés à aller au fond des besoins de nos clients s'intégreront parfaitement. Mais aussi:

- Vous avez au minimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans la vente de solutions SAP.
- Solides compétences commerciales, contractuelles et de négociation, une capacité à diriger de manière efficace un cycle de vente dans son intégralité et une capacité à analyser les questions et les besoins des clients pour soumettre une offre appropriée.
- Une expérience et une compréhension démontrables des solutions de paie, de ressources humaines SAP et de l'aspect technologique d'un tel environnement.
- Bilingue anglais

**À quelle tâche peux-tu t'attendre ?**

En tant que Senior Sales - SAP Solutions au sein de SD Worx France, vous représentez SD Worx sur le terrain:
Pilotage des opportunités SAP:

- Générer des leads et interagir avec les clients potentiels
- Construire et développer des relations au sein du marché SAP dans la région.
- Construire un pipeline solide et suivre les leads commerciaux
- Développer des plans de vente efficaces pour assurer la réalisation des objectifs de revenus et la croissance
- Établir des relations solides basées sur les exigences des clients.
- Prendre l'initiative de cartographier le marché et d'établir un plan d'affaires objectif
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes clés externes et internes.
- Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les meilleures pratiques de travail, les politiques et les procédures afin de stimuler les clients.
