**Software Sales Executive - France : Omada Identity Governance solutions**

Working within SoftwareOne and with the support of the vendor (Omada), the objective of the Sales Executive is to establish Omada Identity as an enterprise-class Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution within the French market that addresses the needs of the Omada Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

This will be achieved through the successful prospecting, identification and qualification of new opportunities, effective sales pursuit of SoftwareOne installed base and greenfield opportunities leading to the sale of the new subscription services and their associated services. The Sales Executive will also input into the SWO/Omada marketing plan, directing investments and inputting into campaigns to help drive meaningful demand generation and brand awareness activities.

All transactions shall be processed through SoftwareOne and all sales initiatives should lead with the Omada Identity Cloud SaaS proposition. The Sales Executive is responsible for winning new accounts and increasing sales revenues within the assigned territory through direct touch sales activity. This will involve the prospecting, strategic sales approach (top down, identifying the economic buyer and other influencers/stakeholders) and development of relationships with target organizations.

The Sales Executive will be driving complex enterprise level sales cycles from prospecting to completion and will gain/maintain competence in positioning the Omada value proposition (efficiency, security, compliance) and qualifying opportunities against that proposition. The Sales Executive will maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities and provide a forecast to SoftwareOne/Omada on a regular (weekly) cadence.

What we need to see from you:
**Knowledge/Skills**
- Fluent French speaker with strong business English
- Demonstrate an awareness of the corporate/enterprise marketplace and the factors that affect it
- Awareness of cybersecurity concerns and priorities - specifically how these compete for budget vs other priorities
- Capable of developing and maximising new opportunities within the target customer base
- A skilled negotiator, able to build trust and understanding with the clients
- Able to effectively prepare, justify and communicate sales forecasting and delivery measurables
- Must be a closer, hungry to win and focused on completing new deals
- Enthusiastic and hard working with a mature attitude to be able to establish credibility with customers
- Salesforce CRM/LinkedIn Sales navigator
