** Job Description**:
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative and sales support to our office in Villeurbanne by assisting the sales team and actively supporting other administrative tasks such as accounting, reporting, legal, payroll

In this role, you will report to the Administrative Manager / Head of Office and work closely with other divisions and other MAAG entities. You will also be in regular external contact with customers, suppliers and partners.

Main responsibilities (not limited to the following list)**:
**Sales admin and support**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to report generation, data entry and document management.
- Collaborate with the MAAG factories based in Switzerland, Germany and Italy, to ensure the follow-up of the orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services to our customers (quotations, pricing, ordering, invoicing, order tracking, payment tracking, etc.),
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in promotional and marketing operations such as trade fairs, mailings
- The Sales Admin will also be in charge of the incoming enquiries related to the Spare Parts. For this line of products, it will be the responsibility of the Sales Admin to monitor the whole sales cycle (from customer order to follow-up).

**Office administration** (accounting, payments, reports, legal, payroll, general admin):

- Liaising with customers and suppliers to monitor purchase invoices and ensure the follow-up of the payments (preparation of bank transfers)
- Regular link with our external accounting firm for accounting, taxation, reporting
- Track payroll items and transfers and - Annual leave requests
- Inter-company settlements
- Maintain contact with the financial department with our other MAAG entities abroad

- University or professional degree (such as BTS, DUT, etc) in administration, commercial management or related
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative and commercial role
- A predisposition for the industrial environment is a must
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge of SAP will be a plus but not mandatory
- English is essential
- Great attention to detail
