Havas is the meaningful agency, in order to make this a reality, we develop tools to exploit the technologies and data available to our business to automate and increase the performance of our services for our clients. These tools are intended for our network and different kind of users for each them, with a different background, skills and know how. Therefore, we built a change management team to intervene with this diversity of users, whether in terms of technical knowledge, professional maturity, or culture. This team accompanies these different countries and users of these tools in their handling, their good use and to keep them informed of all the evolutions brought in time.

As a Global Change Management Executive, you will be integrated into the change management team and take part in building and implementing a comprehensive change management approach for Converged suite, the suite of tools developed for supporting the agency process (Mx). In support of the manager, you will be responsible for installing a strong and innovative user’s experience approach towards all the profiles and countries impacted.

Description du poste:

- Mission & Responsibilities- Participate to the creation, implementation and follow-up of change plans.-
- Faster the user’s adoption by building a strong relationship with them (collect feedbacks, facilitate workshops, build trainings, etc.)-
- Collaborate with the Havas University Team to deploy training solutions that support the delivery of a world class Training Program-
- Create and implement a train the trainers program.-
- Keep up to date the Knowledge Portal.-
- Engage with the users’ communities.-
- Promote knowledge sharing through the organization.-
- Create communication material to facilitate the adoption of tools (Case studies, success stories, videos, etc)-
- Ensure all the key stakeholders are compliant and engaged with the user’s support principles and strategies.-
- Advice the Product Owners on the best way to promote their projects and consolidate all the communication actions.Experience
- Graduated with a Master degree or equivalent with a specialization in Change management / Knowledge management and/or Project management
- Experience in media agency roles / supporting digital transformation projects is a plus

Key Competencies- Perfect knowledge of MS office tools-
- Medium/Strong knowledge of making learning tutorial video-
- Creativity, detail-oriented, organized and productive-
- Strong written and spoken communication. In English, facilitation, presentation, coaching, and training skills-
- Curios for new technologies-
- Certification in change management is a plus (Prosci)- #LI-CO1
