**YOUR MISSIONS**
- **Development Team Management**:

- Lead and support the development team, help them grow their skills, and organize regular progress check-ins.
- Ensure task allocation and manage team priorities based on project needs and individual skills.
- **Software Design and Development (C++/Python)**:

- Actively contribute to software development, primarily in C++ and Python.
- Participate in software architecture, considering the needs of robotic projects (optimization, efficiency, etc.).
- Help design the architecture for new systems and ensure the scalability of the code.
- **Ensuring Code Quality and Project Success**:

- Guarantee high code quality by implementing rigorous practices like code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests.
- Establish continuous improvement processes to ensure the quality of software deliverables.
- **Supervision of Robotic Projects**:

- Work on projects in a robotic environment, closely collaborating with technical teams (integration of sensors, actuators, etc.).
- Oversee the integration of robotic arms and ensure their proper functioning in production environments.
- **Real-Time Technology Implementation and Development**:

- Work with ROS2 to ensure compatibility with robotic systems and the frameworks used by the company.
- Ensure that software is technically deployable across different platforms.
- Implement real-time solutions to optimize robotic performance.

**YOUR TEAM**
- **Your Manager**: You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
- **Your Colleagues**: You will join a team of 2 engineers.
- **Collaborations**: You will work hand in hand with the Product, Robotics Software, and Mechanical teams to coordinate the development and design of our new products and solutions.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- **Technical Skills**:

- You have strong experience in C++ and Python development, particularly on complex robotic projects.
- Experience in designing or implementing robotic solutions is essential. Knowledge of robotic arm systems is a valued plus.
- You have a proven track record in defining software architecture and ideally in creating new solutions.
- Familiarity with ROS2 (Robot Operating System) would be a great asset to ease the integration of robots into our ecosystem.
- **Management and Organization**:

- You have significant experience in managing and supporting a development team. You know how to organize, assign tasks, and prioritize projects.
- You enjoy building strong systems, structuring processes, and aren’t afraid to make bold decisions to improve projects.
- As a leader, you’re ready to contribute directly to technical development when needed.
- **Languages**:

- Fluent English: You can work effectively in an English-speaking environment, whether communicating or writing technical documents.
