Sous la direction du Directeur des Opérations, vous assurez la gestion efficace et le bon fonctionnement des services d'entretien ménager, de la buanderie et des relations avec le prestataire d’Housekeeping au sein de l'établissement.
Vous assurez la satisfaction clients.
Vous participez à la maximisation du chiffre d’affaires et veillez à la bonne gestion des coûts de votre département.
**Principales responsabilités**:
**Gestion des tâches ménagères**:
Veiller à la propreté et à l'ordre de l'établissement
Planifier et superviser les tâches ménagères quotidiennes et périodiques
Contrôler toutes les chambres au moins une fois par mois avec l’interface BOB
**Gestion de la buanderie**:
Superviser la gestion du linge faite par le prestataire : Vérifier que les commandes soient adaptées, optimiser les coûts liés
**Gestion des commandes et des stocks**:
Produits d’entretien, papier toilette, produits d’accueil en chambre (savons, etc ), accueils personnalisés pour les clients
Gestion des stocks
**Contrôle de la qualité**:
S'assurer que les normes de propreté et de qualité sont respectées.
Effectuer des inspections régulières pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.
Suivre et contrôler quotidiennement les chambres VIP
**Communication**:
Assurer une communication efficace avec les autres départements de l'établissement.
Gérer les demandes spéciales des clients en matière d'entretien ménager.
**Gestion administrative**:
Tenir à jour les registres du personnel, les plannings et les inventaires.
Préparer des rapports sur les activités du département.
Optimisation des coûts (recherche de nouveau produits, nouvelles offres, nouveaux prestataires).
**Relai avec l’entreprise extérieure**
S’assurer que le prestataire externe utilise et respecte tous les standards Hyatt (check lists, logiciels, interfaces)
**_Management_**
Potentielle construction d’une équipe interne (projet long terme) : étudier une embauche d’équipiers lieux publics, d’auditeurs qualité par exemple.
