Missions
Le Team Manager est garant du bon fonctionnement des opérations auprès de ses équipes sous la supervision du Responsable D’Unité.
- La gestion et la supervision des équipes de recouvrement et de comptabilité afin d’assurer que les procédures soient bien respectées.
- Piloter les opérations tout en respectant les objectifs de quantité et de qualité.
- Etre le point de contact entre l’équipe et le Responsable D’Unité et assurer une bonne communication dans l’équipe.
- Promouvoir la créativité, être proactif, être force de propositions et démontrer la capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
- Faire des recommandations au Responsable D’Unité afin d’améliorer les procédures et la productivité.
- Préparer des comptes rendus sur la performance de l’équipe et les feedback des donneurs d’ordres.
- Participer avec l’accord du Responsable D’Unité dans les prises de décisions relatives aux exigences du groupe.
- Identifier les besoins de formations et de développement et motiver les équipes en vue d’accroitre la performance à tous les niveaux.
- Assister le Responsable D’Unité dans la gestion des problèmes liés aux ressources humaines (assiduité, performance) et initier des actions disciplinaires si besoin.
- Participer dans les comités de pilotages.
- Rédiger les documents de 1 to 1 et animer des réunions individuelles et d’équipes.
- Faire les évaluations des employés selon la politique de l’entreprise.
- Assister le Responsable D’Unité dans la mise en place des nouvelles prestations et projets.
- Assister à la rédaction des modes opératoires et s’assurer qu’ils soient constamment à jour.
- Analyser les rapports de progrès avec le Responsable D’Unité et commenter les problèmes, proposer des solutions et anticiper les actions à mener pour éviter les problèmes récurrents.
- Assister le Responsable D’Unité dans la prise de décision et donner le support requis pour l’adhésion des décisions prises par la direction.
- Etablir et maintenir une bonne relation avec les donneurs d’ordres à travers une bonne communication.
- Voyager en cas de besoin, comme préconisé par la direction.
- Promouvoir la démarche Qualité au sein de son unité/équipe/service.
