Alternance Bac +4/+5 - Acheteur Thermal Pur - H/F

Based in Lyon (France) or Göteborg (Sweden), you will be part of Thermal Man. Purchasing team with colleagues based both in Göteborg and Lyon.
You will work in a global environment with exiting challenges.
As an apprentice buyer for Thermal scope, you will support supplier selection, manage the portfolio continuous improvement & performance.
Together with your purchasing and cross-functional network, you will proactively drive all relevant activities, to continuously secure a best-in-class supplier QDCFTSR (*) performance during product development and serial life. (*) QDCFTSR = Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability and Risk Management
Missions
You will be part of all the below activities within the Thermal Man. Scope:

- Drive all relevant activities to deliver QDCFTSR (*) targets during Sourcing/Project and Operations phases
- Lead strategic sourcing projects to completion in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive commercial negotiations with suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and ensure implementation
- Identify, mitigate and monitor risks and supplier crisis
- Actively contribute to the team development, by bringing improvement ideas, support your peers, sharing good cases and ask for support when needed

- You have a can-do approach: you have a positive mindset, high level of energy, and you are ready to tackle challenges,
- You like to do business, demonstrate superior communication skills and comfortable in cross-functional and multi-cultural set-up,
- You are fluent in English,
- You enjoy managing many parallel activities and you have a target-oriented approach,
- You are following an engineering or business school academic training, targeting a Master of Science or Business Administration,
- Former experience in Purchasing, technical background and automotive experience are considered as assets
