**La mission principale du poste sera de:
Manager son équipe pour soutenir l'atteinte des objectifs Clients et Valeo de son périmètre.

Assurer les objectifs de marge brute du portefeuille de projets P1/P0 de sa plateforme en conformité avec les objectifs QCD.

Contribuer à l'acquisition de nouvelles affaires (devis-développement) pour assurer une croissance rentable.

Développer la relation client nécessaire pour atteindre la satisfaction client

**Vos défis ?**

Diriger opérationnellement et fonctionnellement un portefeuille de tous les projets dédiés à un portefeuille technologique de produits qui peut impliquer plusieurs entités de la PG.
- Gérer les programmes de l'entité
- Est responsable de la réalisation des KPIs du Programme/Projet en termes de rentabilité (à la fois le produit/développement par rapport au Payback de l'activité de développement et à la marge étendue), de qualité et de préparation de la production.

Remettre en question et gérer les performances des projets pour sa (ses) plate-forme(s).
- Soutenir la croissance rentable de l'activité avec de nouvelles activités de RfIs/RfQs de projets.
- S'assurer que tous les objectifs du projet sont atteints (qualité, coût, rentabilité, livraison, délais).
- Rapporter/alerter au "Product Group", toutes les critiques de projets (projets rouges) et mettre en place un plan de redressement.
- Organiser et animer les comités de gestion de projet P1/P0.
- Contrôler les activités d'acquisition d'affaires ainsi que les ventes, garantir le calcul des coûts et fournir tous les ponts GM's et EM's pour garantir une prise de commande rentable.
- Contribuer à la remise en question du coût et de la réalisation de tous les composants des feuilles de route dans les délais impartis.
- Garantir que les besoins en ressources sont analysés et bien équilibrés pour être en ligne avec les besoins actuels.
- Assurer l'interface client pour son périmètre
- Contribue au NPA, est responsable du CAA et de l'IAR.
- Peut être assesseur de PMA

Gérer fonctionnellement le réseau de projets pour sa plate-forme
- Gère hiérarchiquement les Program/System Managers et les Project Managers P1
- Proposer l'organisation du projet au groupe de produits au stade de l'approbation du nouveau projet pour les plates-formes mondiales (multirégions).
- Co-gérer hiérarchiquement le réseau de projets de la ligne de produits régionale avec le directeur de site.
- Assurer le recrutement, l'évaluation et l'encadrement du réseau de chefs de projet.
- S'assurer que les ressources de l'équipe de projet sont correctement dimensionnées et planifiées pour répondre aux besoins du projet.
- Garantir le respect du code d'éthique de Valeo
- Garantir le respect des chartes et exigences en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement.
- S'assurer que tous les développements suivent les règles CLEAN, le manuel PM et les exigences spécifiques (client,...) du projet.
- Assurer le déploiement de la V5000
- Assurer le respect et la mise en œuvre des standards Valeo et de la méthodologie/des outils de projet fournis par le Groupe de Produits.

**Et vous ?
- Diplôme d'ingénieur et connaissance du groupe de produits (connaissance des produits/processus sur tous les standards)
- Compétence en hardware et software
- Connaissance du développement de systèmes (cycle en V)
- Compétences en gestion d'une organisation fonctionnelle et/ou hiérarchique complexe
- Méthodologie de développement Valeo ou similaire (capable de former)
- Compétences financières sur la structure de coût du produit, le retour sur investissement, la gestion de la trésorerie, etc.
- Connaissance du développement automobile (5-7 ans)
- Expérience de développement réussie en tant que chef de projet P1 (5 ans), chef de projet senior P1 ou chef de projet de site (2-3 ans) ou directeur de lancement de projet (1-2 ans).
- Connaissance du développement automobile avec des car maker.
