Alstom is hiring an Electrical Engineer to lead on the deployment and harmonization of the electrical solutions.

Thanks to your spirit of synthesis and your strong listening and communication skills you will successfully integrate our Train Electrical team and be directly visible to 27 sites across the globe to exchange with the teams and get feedback from the ground.

In addition, you will:

- Integrate Alstom and have a global scope
- Work with international team and travel directly onsite
- Bring a fresh and critical look at our ways of working
- Develop your expertise in the electrical discipline
- Be key to change the way the company is working on the electrical discipline
- Continuously improve the company processes for a better performance and productivity

You have:

- An engineering degree
- A first experience (including apprenticeship or VIE)
- English fluent
- Willingness to travel
