The Euronext Corporate Services team is composed of over 180 professionals that combine a strong local footprint across Europe with a deep understanding of global capital markets. They help organisations, both listed and non-listed, private and public, make the most effective use of capital markets and run more efficiently._
- Euronext Corporate Services already serves more than 4,500+ clients including over 1000 listed companies, private companies, advisors and public organisations. We help our clients to increase their visibility, engagement and international coverage. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies._
- _Compliance : Our InsiderLog products offer a solution to automate the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors. Our tool aims to save time and ensure compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)._
- _Investor Relations : Our Advisory team provides high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets. Our IR.Manager tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams to professionalize the workflow and engagement._

Key accountabilities
- Support the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy, creating and establishing productive, collaborative, and trustful relationships with Euronext’s stakeholders, prospects and influencers
- Contribute to the business development effort by supporting the local commercial intensity through a strong relation with the local Corporate Services team: identifying high-potential accounts, leading prospects meetings with prepared advisory pitches, raising the local ecosystem’s awareness for our advisory services (producing sectorial presentations, participating/leading dedicated events, interacting with the local ecosystem, etc ) and reporting activities in a CRM
- Deliver advisory support and analytics for clients accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the Advisory & IR Solutions team
- Monitor clients’ investors relations activity (share capital evolution, investors’ CRM management, road books) and producing clients periodic market updates and listing reports
- Produce and present Shareholder Analysis Reports based on client feedback/market trends and help build client relationships/develop reference accounts
- Analyse local share registers with Shareholders Rights Directive II and completing shareholder analysis reports for listed companies in Europe of all market sizes and sectors
- Understand institutional shareholding movements and provide intelligence on investor behaviour
- Explain client movements in shareholder base vs. market/sector/peers
- Be responsible for client engagement and loyalty, creating and establishing productive, collaborative and trustful relationships in high quality standards of missions’ delivery
- Participate in the evolution of the services’ content by identifying clients’ needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory & IR Solutions, serving Shareholder Analysis clients, demoing IR.Manager and of other Corporate Services solutions
