En tant que **Brand CRM Project Manager**, vous intégrez l’équipe Expérience Client Omnicanale & Fidélisation au sein de la direction Marketing & Offre, Europe & Moyen-Orient.

Vous serez garant du plan d’Animation CRM Marques EME de l’enseigne, driver de business majeur pour l’enseigne.

Participer à la définition, développement & déploiement du plan d’animation CRM marque afin de soutenir les priorités des équipes Offre sur des temps forts mono-marques, commerciaux & promotionnels

**Responsabilités**:

- Participer à la définition du Plan d’Animation CRM marque annuel sur l’ensemble des pays de la zone Europe et Moyen-Orient pour accompagner les temps forts mono-marque, commerciaux & priorités de l’enseigne en faisant coïncider les enjeux business avec la promesse et les enjeux clients
- Développer des supports de communication print & digitaux du Plan d’Animation CRM marque annuel en collaboration avec les équipes Communication, Offre & Image. Ces développements
- En amont des briefs, en interne, pour:

- Assurer l’orchestration & un suivi des projets Animation CRM cross-départements EME : Direction Offre au travers des 4 équipes Axes de l’enseigne (Makeup, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare), équipe Image, Communication & Gestion de Campagne
- Être garant de l’intégration des enjeux & challenges clients pour apporter de la valeur aux Briefs et répondre aux objectifs CRM identifiés
- Rédiger les briefs CRM : définir les objectifs CRM, cibles, messages, offres, canaux, etc.
- Suivre la création avec le département interne Studio Sephora & avec nos agences partenaires externes, BETC et Prodigious. Incluant:

- L’intégration des besoins pays spécifiques (langue, conditions offres, liens, codes etc.)
- Le suivi complet de développements du PSD au HTML à la livraison auprès des équipes Gestion de Campagne
- Coordonner et suivre le Plan CRM Marque annuel sur l’ensemble des pays de la zone Europe et Moyen-Orient pour garantir l’exécution des plans

**Pilotage de l’activité & analyses**:

- Suivre l’analyse des campagnes lancées et produire des synthèses avec l’équipe Gestion de Campagnes & études
- Participer aux recommandations pour améliorer les résultats des campagnes suivantes avec des plans d’action
- Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du plan d’animation CRM EME annuel, vous serez garant de suivre une démarche « Customer Centric » afin de:

- Utiliser les données clients (études quantitatives et qualitatives internes) pour ressortir des insights à impact & valeur qui sont actionnables
- Réaliser veilles concurrentielles autour de l’Animation client pour en découler des plans d’action avec les équipes Etude, Data & Gestion de campagne
- Définir, prioriser & mettre en place des optimisations pour améliorer la performance et, assurer les déploiements sur les éléments qui ont un véritable impact & qui génèrent le plus de valeur

**N’hésitez plus à postuler si vous avez ou si vous êtes **_ _
- Formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 type école de commerce ou Université filiale Marketing, Commercial ou Communication.
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans la création de plan d’actions CRM & projets B2C (business to consumer) de grande ampleur, dans la distribution, e-commerce, ou cabinet de conseil. Une expérience CRM dans l'univers de la beauté serait un plus.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais & français vous permettant de travailler au quotidien est un prérequis. La connaissance d’une troisième langue est un plus.
- Bonne connaissance du CRM & de la mise en œuvre de plan d’animation clients
- Parfait communicant, vous êtes doté d’une aisance relationnelle et d’une capacité à embarquer avec énergie, vous permettant ainsi d’avoir une communication efficace avec vos différents interlocuteurs.
- Agile, dynamique, rigoureux et réactive vous savez évoluer dans un environnement complexe, exigeant et maîtrisez l’organisation multi-projets.
- Vous êtes doté d’un fort esprit d’initiative, avec une sensibilité client forte et une passion pour l’univers de la beauté.
- Ouvert d’esprit et curieux avec une attitude positive & constructive et une sensibilité créative.
