Sales Coordinator

This is an ongoing temporary contract for a Sales Coordinator, expected to last approximately 2 months, for CathelcoHEM, based in Antibes.

The role is integral to supporting the onboard service operations by following the established sales processes, handling the necessary documentation, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The coordinator will play a crucial role in the smooth execution of service and commissioning projects, providing administrative support, and assisting with the coordination of services to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**General Missions / Purpose**:

- Follow the sales processes for onboard service operations, including commissioning projects.
- Update and generate OBS files related to these processes.
- Assist in coordinating onboard services.
- Communicate with service clients and offer them additional services.

**Description of Activities**:

- Handle quotation processes derived from service reports and customer requests, adhering to appropriate terms and conditions and internal processes.
- Process new orders in the ERP system following established procedures.
- Generate necessary service and commissioning documents/files and update/create customer folders on the server.
- Administer and update orders/files, including additional estimates/changes and classification of chargeable costs.
- Prepare delivery notes.
- Assist in the access of service technicians onboard and organize travel, including A1 requirements.
- Prepare post-service/post-commissioning files for billing and transfer invoices to customers.
- Close ERP files after service, update server files, and update blue files.
- Close ERP files after commissioning, update server files, update blue files, and provide completed commissioning documents/information to internal departments.
- Respond to customer needs, explore cross-selling opportunities for OBS, and collaborate with other departments.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the director and the service manager.
