**✎** Mission**:
The mission is to take the lead of the technical FP&A team (two employees to manage) which has the main missions of:
Manage the performance of the gross and net technical margin through realization and analysis:

- Quarterly technical margin close-outs in collaboration with reserving teams
- Budgets and technical margin forecasts in collaboration with commercial, technical, and reinsurance departments, and analysis of variances.
- Report on monthly performance

You will also:

- Coordinate the team's work
- Take part in the yearly analytical accounting
- Participate in creating new business cases
- Participate actively in various financial transformation projects
- Conducting ad hoc research

**✯** Profile requirements**:
To complement the expertise of our Finance team, we are looking for the following profile:

- Education level bac + 5 desired (Business School/ Engineer School/ Financial School) with ideally a speciality in Insurance;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with extensive insurance knowledge;
- Very good relationship, good synthesis, knowledge assurance;
- Very good communicator, analytical and synthetic;
- Be proactive to improve the operational efficiency of its scope;
- Advanced Excel skills required;
- Excellent command of English and French (essential )
