**ABOUT**
In less than a decade, ManoMano has become a key player in the home improvement and renovation sector.
Founded in France in 2013 by two French DIY enthusiasts amazed at the lack of digitalization in the market, ManoMano is now present in 6 European countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK), federates over 5,000 sellers and now offers the widest range of DIY and gardening products online (+19 million products references).
Motivated by the prospect of improving the living environment of their customers and convinced of the importance of the home market for sustainable consumption habits, the ManoMano teams want to help write a new page in their industry, which is struggling to reform itself. ManoMano brings to a highly technical world the power of its sector expertise, combined with that of data and digital in all its dimensions, to offer our customers easy access to innovative advice, products and services 100% online.

**MISSIONS**
The FP&A team is responsible for planning and monitoring the company’s business model, from topline to profitability. We are the business partner of all teams, supporting them to build their targets, follow their performance and costs over the medium and long term. We are accountable for internal and external reports towards partners and investors. You will report to the Tech & Labor Lead FP&A.
- FP&A partnering Tech
- Drive end-to-end the Tech budget process (annual budget, reforecasts )
- Ensure closing data quality and explain budget variations through monthly/quarterly cost reviews.
- Act as a business partner to senior leaders: understand their needs, build and maintain advanced financial models to track business performance of various activities across Tech departments.
- Work on FinOps/On demand tool modelization and cost controlling topics
- Contribute to continuous budget optimization with leaders & purchasing manager
- Be a core user of our new reporting & forecasting platform (Pigment)
- Tech related transversal projects
- Contribute to CIR & Cost capitalization (IAS 38) process with FP&A Labor controller.
- Participate in ad hoc financial projects to support the growth of ManoMano
- Be a core user of our new reporting & forecasting platform (Pigment)
**PROFILE**
- Background Bac + 5 graduated from a top Business School
- Experience 1-3 years in consulting, project management and/ or finance
- Have good communication skills (oral and written) and be able to present financial topics in a simple way to non-financial audiences
- SQL knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheet
- Speak French and English fluently
