Sibelco is a global material solutions company. We mine, process and sell industrial minerals at locations worldwide, focused primarily on silica, clays, feldspathics and olivine. Objectif du rôle:
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des projets d’amélioration de la fiabilité des équipements, mettre à jour et optimiser la stratégie de maintenance préventive pour assurer la sécurité des opérations et garantir un fonctionnement efficient des lignes de production réparties sur 9 usines de recyclage de verres.
- Mettre en place, suivre et maintenir les processus informatiques et les rapports pertinents pour soutenir et visualiser les activités de maintenance et les indicateurs de performance.
Responsabilités:
- Excellence opérationnelle : diriger et assurer l’exécution des programmes d’excellence en matière de fiabilité et de maintenance.
- Analyse et reporting KPI : développer, gérer et surveiller les indicateurs de performance et en assurer un reporting optimal.
- Service support Maintenance : conseiller et soutenir les superviseurs de maintenance des différents sites.
- Sécurité : connaissance des règles de sécurité et s’assurer que les activités sont conformes à ces réglementations.
- Pièces de rechange et services : assurer un approvisionnement adéquat, dans la maîtrise des coûts, en fournitures d’entretien de qualité, en étroite collaboration avec le service des achats.
Profil recherché
Profil:
- H/F, Ingénieur de formation technique (génie industriel, génie des procédés).
- Expérience Maintenance pertinente antérieure appréciée dans le secteur des industries de process (usines de production de matières premières minérales, chimie, industrie cimentière,).
- Qualité rédactionnelle et fluidité d’expression en français requises. Communication efficace et claire à tous niveaux organisationnels.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais oral et écrit.
- Connaissances informatiques (MS Office, SAP, Mendix, outils de reporting, logiciels techniques).
- Mobilité : des déplacements très réguliers sont à prévoir sur les différents sites du périmètre.
