Description du poste
**Rattaché(e) au Responsable Métier Satisfaction Client et Qualité des Opérations & Supply Chain, vous êtes un acteur clé du process d’amélioration continue de notre performance industrielle. **Vous résolvez les difficultés transverses « Produit/Process » rencontrées par nos sites de production / logistiques et coordonnez la gestion des Red Flags (internes/externes) au sein de notre organisation.
Pour ce faire, vous réalisez:
- **des chantiers d’amélioration continue en interaction avec les différentes équipes** (Production, Industrialisation, Développement, Products & Services, Achats, Logistique ),
- d**es activités de résolution de problèmes** dès lors qu’ils impactent plusieurs sites et/ou sont transverses à différentes gammes de produits du Groupe Somfy.
En outre, sur ce poste opérationnel et transverse, vous:
- Supportez nos projets de transformation digitale,
- Contribuez activement à l’analyse des dérives sur nos sites de production et retours clients, pilotez les Red flags coté O&SC en étroite collaboration avec les équipes concernées (internes et externes) et réalisez les activités de résolutions de problèmes,
- Priorisez les sujets à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables Qualité (sites, Business Line), les responsables produit vie série (EPLL), Qualité Client et Responsables Achats et Industrialisation des sites concernés,
- Mesurez l’efficacité des chantiers réalisés et définissez des fiches de capitalisation afin de mettre à jour nos méthodes et/ou standards de travail.
**Qualifications**:
Vous avez **10 ans d’expérience, idéalement pluridisciplinaire**, dans le domaine de la qualité, de la production, de l'industrialisation et/ou de la gestion de projets.
**Votre réelle maîtrise des outils de la qualité** (de la résolution de problème à la gestion de projet), couplée à votre connaissance du monde industriel grande série, vous permettront d’appréhender au mieux notre environnement en transformation.
**Niveau d'anglais requis: B2.**
**Des déplacements réguliers** sont à prévoir (30%).

- Poste en CDI, basé à Cluses, Haute-Savoie.
- Date de démarrage **:dès que possible**:
- Accord télétravail de 90 jours par an (soit en moyenne 2 jours par semaine), dont 4 semaines possibles hors domicile.
