- Employment Status: Permanent Part Time/Full-time
- Location: Charleville& Surrounding Areas
- Remuneration: $30.38 p/hr + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging
(Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM’s)

- The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us, while you
learn an income. We’ll connect you with government funding so you complete
the certificate at no cost. (valued at approx. $3650)

Your part in our Blue Care team
As a Personal Carer Traineeship you’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
- Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

What makes a difference for us?
- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
