**Expertise et proximité pour EQUANS France, leader des services multi-techniques**
Ineo Défense fait partie de l’entité EQUANS France. Partenaire des acteurs de la défense et de la sécurité nationale, cette agence est spécialiste des systèmes d’information et de communication, des environnements opérationnels, du Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle des forces aériennes, navales et terrestres.
Au total, Ineo Défense compte 520 collaborateurs, situés sur 3 sites en France (Vélizy, Valbonne et Morlaix).
Nos quatre domaines d’expertises:
- Les **réseaux spécialisés de télécommunications**. L’objectif est de garantir la diffusion et l’intégrité des informations sensibles : conception de systèmes opérationnels de télécommunications, d’antennes
- Les **capteurs et systèmes de guerre électronique**, pour l’interception et l’analyse des informations émises par des moyens de radiocommunications et de radar ;
- La **protection de systèmes opérationnels** en environnement sévère : conception et installation de radômes, intégration de systèmes opérationnels en abris techniques mobiles
- La **surveillance et sécurisation de zone** : systèmes opérationnels de sécurisation de zone, systèmes multi-senseurs
Au sein d’EQUANS France, les équipes d’Ineo Défense France sont engagées pour accompagner leurs clients dans leurs transitions énergétique, industrielle et numérique et relever ainsi le défi de la décarbonation de notre économie.
Vous assurez le suivi des obligations contractuelles d'un ou plusieurs projets au côté du responsable de projet.
Vous êtes le relai du Contract management d’Ineo Défense auprès de la filière contract management d’Equans.
**Vos missions principales**:
**Coordination et animation de l’équipe du Contract Management d’Inéo Défense**:
- Coordination et animation de l’action des 2 contract managers de l’équipe
- Gestion de la relation avec les contract managers externes
- Garantir la bonne coordination du Contract management d’Ineo Défense avec la filière métier Equans,
- Mettre en place les bonnes pratiques et les rites de la filière Contrat Management Equans,
- Organiser des formations métiers, principalement au profit des chefs de projets.
**Suivi des projets**:
- Elaborer la stratégie contractuelle du projet,
- Assurer la gestion de l'ensemble des contrats d'un projet (marché principal, accord de groupement, contrats de sous-traitance, etc.),
- Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l'interprétation des termes contractuels,
- Contribuer à la mise en place des processus et outils découlant du contrat,
- Rédiger et suivre la correspondance, les notifications et événements du projet,
- Prévenir les contentieux,
- Gérer les situations précontentieuses avec le support du service juridique,
- Constituer les dossiers de réclamation,
- Animer et gérer les risques et opportunités en proposant des plans d’actions pour réduire les risques et mettant en exergue les opportunités afin de maximiser leur réalisation,
- Contribuer à l'élaboration des avenants et à l’atteinte des objectifs économiques des projets,
- Contribuer à la bonne relation avec le client, les partenaires et les sous-traitants.
**Votre profil**:
De formation Bac + 5, vous avez une expérience réussie de minimum cinq années en Contract management. Vous avez eu pour responsabilité la gestion de grands projets industriels publics ou privés dans les secteurs de la Défense, de la Marine et/ou de l’énergie, et avez une réelle capacité à travailler en équipe et à animer celle-ci.
Bon.ne communicant.e, vous être reconnu.e pour vos qualités de synthèse, d’argumentation et de persuasion.
Vous êtes curieux.se et savez faire preuve de rigueur.
Anglais écrit et parlé, une seconde langue serait appréciée
