La transition énergétique est au cœur de la stratégie française pour assurer sa souveraineté énergétique et remplir ses objectifs d’émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Ce plan ambitieux, porté dans les objectifs politiques de la France, prône le développement des énergies renouvelables comme une priorité, notamment l’éolien en mer, l’éolien terrestre, le solaire, le stockage et la production d’hydrogène.
RWE, un des leaders mondiaux de la production d’énergie renouvelable et 2e producteur mondial pour l’éolien en mer, place le marché français comme stratégique dans son développement. Il est ainsi présent sur l’ensemble de la chaine de valeurs de la production d’énergie verte et souhaite investir plus de 50 milliards d’euros d’ici 2030 pour porter ce changement en Europe et dans le monde.
**Vos missions**:
- Identifier les opportunités potentielles de cession sur la base d'une stratégie d'actifs définie.
- Exécuter des cessions de projets ou de portefeuilles sélectionnés pour les actifs de RWE Renewables
- Identifier les opportunités potentielles de partenariat ou d'acquisition
- Réaliser des acquisitions sélectionnées pour améliorer le pipeline
- Concevoir et structurer des partenariats d'actifs à long terme en interaction avec des partenaires/investisseurs potentiels ou existants.
- Capacité à diriger efficacement diverses équipes de projet de transaction
- Assumer la responsabilité des objectifs budgétaires et temporels de la transaction
- Analyse financière et qualitative continue d'un nombre défini de transactions et d'opportunités de transactions.
- Vous avez la capacité de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes fonctions technologiques et support de RWE Renouvelables sur l'exécution et les implications locales d'une transaction donnée.
**Vos compétences**:
- Diplôme d'études commerciales ou analytiques/quantitatives, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des fusions et acquisitions ;
- Un MBA, un CFA ou un diplôme de troisième cycle similaire est considéré comme un atout.
- Compréhension des marchés de l'énergie, des technologies de production et des marchés des investisseurs.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de réflexion stratégique et analytique, associées à la capacité d'exécuter et de mener à bien des projets et des transactions.
- Capacité à réfléchir et à calculer des scénarios de transaction avec une approche créative et un esprit ouvert.
- Aisance dans la gestion des relations avec les parties prenantes de haut niveau (tant internes qu'externes)
- Affinité et grande motivation pour travailler dans un environnement international et changeant.
- Solides compétences personnelles, capacité à agir avec aisance dans des environnements culturels variés et sens de la diversité et de l'intégration.
- Anglais courant, la maîtrise du français et d'autres langues est un atout.
