We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our founding team at Interpath Advisory France.

As a Senior Associate in our Transaction Services team in Paris, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality transaction services projects for a diverse range of clients, including top-tier private equity and corporate clients.

You will work closely with our Managing Directors and Managers in a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment, helping to establish and develop a leading deal advisory practice in France.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting financial due diligence reports, including historical performance analysis, quality of earnings, net working capital, and debt-like items.
  • Participating in meetings and conference calls with clients and target company management to execute FDD projects.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, as well as promoting Interpath Advisory France.

Requirements:

  • Top-tier business or engineering school degree with a focus on accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • A minimum of 2 years of transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent).
  • Experience in audit is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and team spirit required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
