- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that the store complies with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Engagement and Brand Representation: Represent the brand's values and vision in interactions with customers and the community, fostering customer loyalty and brand awareness.
