Notre service Pro permet de garder une longueur d'avance sur les débats politiques et législatifs en France et en Europe, et c'est devenu aujourd'hui le « must have » de toutes les professionnels des affaires publiques.

Ce poste est clé dans l'expansion de POLITICO en France : son objectif principal sera de gérer l'ensemble de nos comptes français existants. En tant que point de contact principal du client, notre prochain Account Executive sera mené à développer des relations commerciales solides afin d'accroitre la présence d'un des médias européens les plus influents en France.

**Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?**
- Fidéliser votre portefeuille client en leur assurant une qualité de suivi impeccable
- Assurer les renouvellements de contrats tout en créant des opportunités d'upsell
- Gérer l'intégration et la configuration des comptes des nouveaux abonnés à POLITICO Pro
- Être à l'écoute des besoins de nos clients pour améliorer l'offre de POLITICO Pro en France, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du Marketing, Tech et Produit
- Représenter POLITICO Pro à des évènements internes et externes (conférences, salons, évènements de networking)

**Profil recherché**:

- Un diplôme universitaire est requis (BAC+5)
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle, de préférence en vente B2B ou en Account Management
- De bonnes capacités communicationnelles, un esprit entrepreneurial et un sens développé du service client
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français tant à l'écrit comme à l'oral et vous avez un bon niveau l'anglais (C1)
- Une bonne familiarité avec Salesforce ou d'autres outils CRM de préférence
- Une compréhension des questions politiques et de l'écosystème des affaires publiques et européennes est un plus

- Manage on-boarding and account setup for new POLITICO Pro subscribers
- Develop and execute customized account service plans to maximize subscriber value
- Develop opportunities for upsell and secure renewals
- Solicit feedback on content and delivery of services, and channel market feedback to improve upon Pro service offerings/user experience
- Represent POLITICO at member briefings, network events and industry conferences

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of professional experience, including business-to-business sales or account management
- Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mind set and strong client service ethic
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
- Interest in and understanding of current political and policy issues is a plus
- A university degree is required
- Written and verbal fluency in English and French is required
