Category Buyer Bancs de Test (H/F)
Poste basé en région Parisienne (Elancourt / Velizy)
**QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?**
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en affaires, achats, supply chain ou ingénierie et l’avez couplé avec d’autres qualifications professionnelles, type Gestion de Projet ?
Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la fonction achats ou une fonction de management de produit/projet dans des environnements complexes et avec des interactions managériales stratégiques ? La définition de stratégie, de modèles économiques et l'analyse innovante d’organisation industrielle font partie de vos expertises ?
Vous avez eu des rôles impliquant la gestion fonctionnelle d’équipe transverse internationale sur des sujets achats, de politique produits, de conception/développement produits dans des contextes contraints et sensibles ?
Vous avez l'expérience de sujets d'acquisitions complexes dans une position de prescripteur ou d’acheteur, tels que la négociation de contrats de sous-traitance avec des fournisseurs sensibles pour lesquels, vous avez été force de proposition et de conviction auprès des différentes parties ?
Vous êtes capable de hiérarchiser les tâches sous pression, de gérer les conflits dans une perspective globale au-delà des enjeux court terme et d'analyser, synthétiser l'information ?
Vous avez une grande capacité d’adaptation et vous êtes ouvert d'esprit ?
Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français ?

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE**:
Au sein de la Direction des Achats du groupe Thales, vous aurez pour principales missions de:
- Mettre en œuvre la politique achats de la famille **Banc de test** (fournisseurs stratégiques, contrats et accords cadre négociés...) et la communiquer aux prescripteurs,
- Prendre en compte les besoins d’achats et les rationaliser dans le cadre de la stratégie famille,
- Mettre en compétition les fournisseurs selon la politique famille et en appliquant le processus acquisition,
- Négocier les conditions d’acquisition au meilleur coût total,
- Maintenir à jour les données achats dans les systèmes d’information et assurer leur intégrité,
- Faire exécuter leurs engagements contractuels par les fournisseurs et suivre leurs performances,
- Fournir les informations de prévisions d’acquisition et exigences associées en vue de l’amélioration de la stratégie et pour une meilleure globalisation,
- Traiter les litiges commerciaux avec les fournisseurs,
- Contribuer à la démarche d’amélioration de la performance de nos fournisseurs.
