Le Chief Technical Officer (CTO) est le « Tech Leader » de la société. Il est responsable de l’innovation technique et de l'intégration de technologies pour le développement et l'efficacité de la société.

Référent technique de la société, il est également chargé de définir une stratégie de déploiement de projets innovants.

Véritable leader, il excelle dans le management d’équipe.

Son implication dans l’innovation technologique donne au CTO une influence dans la prise de décision globale de l’entreprise, et à ce titre, il siège au comité de direction.

Il incarne les valeurs de l’entreprise : sécurité, bienveillance et responsabilité.

**RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE**

**MISSIONS**
- Identification des risques et opportunités technologiques de la société,
- Définition d’une stratégie de l’innovation avec le gérant et le DSI,
- Mise en œuvre de projets technologiques majeurs,
- Définition de la Roadmap, suivi des projets, définition des méthodes,
- Définition et suivi du budget du service technique,
- Gestion de l’équipe technique (développeurs, chefs de projets, architectes, pôle infrastructure ) et des prestataires techniques (régie, forfait ),
- Gestion des projets en tenant compte des contraintes de coûts, délais et qualité,
- Reporting des actions,
- Implication dans la Recherche & Développement (R&D) de l’entreprise ou d’un écosystème d’innovation (technopôle, université ), participation à la gestion des programmes de CIR & CII,
- Participation aux décisions prises par le comité de direction,
- Veille technologique pour identifier les nouvelles tendances.



**PROFIL**



D’une formation bac +5 en école d’ingénieur ou équivalent, avec une expérience significative dans la direction de projets informatiques.

**COMPETENCES**

Savoir-faire:

- Management d’équipes,
- Management du risque,
- Connaissances approfondies des NTIC,
- Expérience (au moins 7/8 ans) dans le développement technique en environnement Java, J2EE, Spring, etc...
- Expertise en gestion de projets transverses,

- Gestion d’une Roadmap technique,
- Implication dans la recherche et développement informatique.
